The short version

We use the information you provide to respond to you and run the service. We do not send the text you enter in forms to analytics.

Information you choose to share

We receive the information you submit through a project brief, contact form or newsletter form. Depending on the form, this can include your name, organisation, email address and the project context you provide.

Information saved in your browser

The project form can make an unfinished draft available in this browser for up to seven days. Language and selected site preferences can also be saved locally. On a later visit, an expired draft is discarded. You can remove saved information sooner by completing or resetting the form, or by clearing site data in your browser.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, operate the website, prevent abuse and improve our service. We do not send names, email addresses or free text from forms to analytics.

Service providers

Authorised providers may support website hosting, data storage, email delivery and analytics. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are subject to the controls that apply to that relationship.

How long information is kept

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle an enquiry, meet legal obligations, maintain security and keep necessary operational records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry. You can also clear locally saved drafts and preferences through your browser settings.

Apps.mu and Chemtech Group

Apps.mu is backed by Chemtech Group. Information is not automatically shared with every group business. It may be shared with authorised group personnel when that is needed to review or deliver the relevant enquiry.
