Partnership options

A flexible way to fund the right software project.

For selected organisations, part of a project may be matched with useful event, venue or communication opportunities. Every arrangement is discussed and documented individually.

How it works

Software has a clear value. A partnership can cover an agreed part of it.

This is not free work in return for vague exposure. We agree the software scope and price first, then assess any partnership contribution separately.

  1. Define the software project

We agree what needs to be built, how it will be delivered and what it costs.

  2. Describe the partnership opportunity

The organisation shares opportunities it genuinely controls, with dates, quantities and approvals.

  3. Agree the arrangement in writing

Only a specific, approved contribution can reduce the amount paid in cash.

Possible contributions

Useful opportunities are specific and measurable.

Event presence

A clearly defined booth, demonstration, speaking session or presenting opportunity.

Approved communications

Messages sent or approved by the organisation, with a clear audience, date and format.

Venue visibility

Agreed use of screens, signs or physical spaces for a specific period.

Member benefits

Optional offers that people can choose to receive directly.

Clear safeguards

People, data and trust come first.
